Canceled class
Adult Ballet class is canceled for today: 1/19/16 due to illness. But I'll be back next week! See you there!
Tuesday, January 5, 2016
I teach an Adult ballet class on Tuesday's at 7:00pm. This class is composed of a range of abilities and experience. Some adults have taken ballet before, and just want to get back into it (on a casual level, of course). Other adults in the class have no previous experience. In general, the level of the class is a beginning level. All combinations are taught slowly and the exercises are modified for different abilities and handicaps.
If you've never tried ballet before, give it a try! It may seem scary or intimidating but I promise you'll have a great experience. Ballet is great for coordination, stretching, toning, agility, and meditation.
There is no dress code in Suze's Adult Ballet class. First timers, I recommend you wear leggings or yoga pants, a t-shirt or tank top, and ankle socks. If you're a return ballet dancer, you can be as casual as you want, or as classical ballet as you want. The typical ballet attire is tights (any color), a leotard (any color), and ballet slippers (any color).
Call or text if interested: 661-331-7401.
